These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 88fubo platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

Welcome to 88fubo. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 88fubo ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://88fubo.cam (the "Platform").
88fubo is an English-language online sportsbook and live casino platform primarily serving adult players in Malaysia, including users in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions across the country.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain a valid Account on the 88fubo Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
When registering an Account on 88fubo, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 88fubo will not be held liable for any losses or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, and at any time deemed necessary by 88fubo, you may be required to complete identity verification ("KYC"). Documents typically required include a valid government-issued identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal suspension until verification is resolved.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account at any time. If duplicate Accounts are identified, 88fubo reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any bonuses received, and withhold any winnings derived from fraudulent multi-account activity pending investigation.
You must promptly notify 88fubo of any changes to the information provided during registration by contacting our support team. 88fubo accepts no liability for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.
88fubo supports a range of Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 88fubo reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of RM10 to dormant Account balances until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. You will be notified via your registered email before any deductions are applied.
The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the 88fubo Platform, across all sports markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and all other events listed.
88fubo reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error ("palpable error"), including odds that are manifestly incorrect relative to the true market price at the time. In such cases, stakes will be returned in full. 88fubo will not pay out winnings derived from bets placed on demonstrably erroneous odds.
A bet may be declared void, and the stake returned, under the following circumstances: event cancellation; match abandonment or postponement beyond the applicable settlement window; a palpable error in odds publication; or any other circumstance where settlement cannot be determined with reasonable certainty.
In-play (live) betting is subject to momentary delays between bet placement and confirmation. Odds displayed at the moment of placement may differ from confirmed odds due to market movement during the transmission window. The confirmed odds at the moment the bet is accepted by our system shall govern settlement.
88fubo offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out below.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88fubo Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the 88fubo Platform — including but not limited to the 88fubo name, logo, website design, text, graphics, data feeds, software, and game content — is the exclusive property of 88fubo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 88fubo.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88fubo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
88fubo's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
88fubo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure due to a Player-initiated request or mutual agreement, any remaining verified balance (net of applicable bonus requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method. Upon closure due to breach of these Terms, 88fubo reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.
Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88fubo is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties, and if unresolved, shall be submitted to the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 88fubo complies with all applicable laws in your own jurisdiction. 88fubo makes no representation that the Platform or its content are appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions.
88fubo reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the effective date of the change, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure via our support team.
